Q: How soon should I order my Treats?

 

A:  For Non-Decorated Treats or Treats with a Basic Design, orders should be received at least 1 week before the expected delivery/pick-up date. For Holidays or Special Occasions (Birthdays, Showers, Anniversaries, etc.) with a Special Theme or Design, a minimum of 2 - 4 weeks is required. Depending on your event, additional time may be required.  Weddings should be scheduled a minimum of 4 weeks or more, to alow time to prepare accordingly.  

 

A Non-Refundable 50% Deposit/Payment of your confirmed total price and it's required to "Lock-In" event dates. In order to give our valued customers the quality and service they deserve, confirmed event dates are accepted on a first come first served basis. We make every effort not to overbook.

 

Please be sure to review our Calendar to check our availability for your next Special Event or BEFORE placing an order. Remember that our availability and bookings are done on a First Come, First Serve Basis.

 

Please note: ** During Holidays or Peak Times we will only accept a limited number of orders to ensure that all orders are filled on time so...Please Order Early.**

 

 

Q: How much do you charge for your Treats?

 

A: Our base prices are listed on our menus which include a basic design (white icing, border and message). Our prices will vary for a special requests, colors, decorations, themes, flavors or designs (Including Fondant and Tiered Cakes)  ** Please review our current menu for our base prices.

Q: Do you Deliver or Ship your Treats?

 

A: For a nominal fee, we can do local deliveries within 10 miles of our location.  For customers in expanded locations,  we can meet at a designated location for pick-up. Delivery fees are determined by the number of miles from our location. 

 

Deliveries and Pick-Ups are only available Monday though Friday. Our weekends are designated for rest, family time, worship, preparation and special or catered events.

 

We are Closed for Business on Sundays, Mondays and all Major Holidays.

Q: What is your Payment Policy?

 

A:  A. Non-Refundable 50% Deposit/Payment of your confirmed total is required for all cake orders.om cake flavors (any price)and it's required to "Lock-In" event dates. In order to give our valued customers the quality and service they deserve, confirmed events are accepted on a first come first serve basis. We make every effort not to overbook.

We accept Cash, Checks, Cash App ($treatsbylina) or Credit and Debit Card Payments made through Pay Pal.  All Payments should be made 5 business days before your Pick-Up/Delivery date to allow for processing time and receipt of payment. See "Payment Options" Tab to make a payment by Pay Pal.

 

All Checks should be made payable to "SWEET TREATS BY LINA LLC".

 

NSF Fee of $40.00 will apply for all Returned Checks.

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?

 

A:  We certainly hope that the need to cancel will not arise; however, if for some reason you must cancel your order for an event, we must receive your request in writing via email or by phone 2 weeks prior to your confirmed date. All payments and deposits received are non-refundable.

Q: Can I change my original event/order date?

 

A:  Any changes to an original confirmed event date are considered Cancellation and all deposits and payments are    non-refundable.   However, if the requested new date is available, we will work with you.  ** An additional deposit will be required to "lock in" the new date. **
